A risk found becomes a job done

Two-way integrations close the gap: HackRisk raises the ticket in the tool your team already uses, listens for the fix, then updates your score. Rolling out across the tools below.

How the loop works

Most security tools stop at telling you something is wrong.

Ticket raised in your toolFix confirmed, score updated
  1. 01

    We find a risk

    HackRisk

Continuous outside-in scanning picks up a new exposure: an open service, a fresh CVE, a staff credential surfacing on the dark web.

  2. 02

    A ticket is raised

    HackRisk → your tools

The finding is pushed into your ticketing tool as a job with the detail and priority already filled in, and announced in Slack or Teams.

  3. 03

    Your team fixes it

    Your team

The work happens where it always happens, in the tool your team already lives in. Nobody has to log into another console to pick it up.

  4. 04

    Closure comes back

    Your tools → HackRisk

When the ticket is closed, that comes back to HackRisk. We re-check the finding to confirm the exposure is genuinely gone, not just marked done.

  5. 05

    Your score recalculates

    HackRisk

The fix is reflected in your HackRisk Score, so the number you see next time you log in already accounts for the work your team did.

Why the return leg matters

Pushing alerts out is the easy half, and plenty of tools stop there. The result is a security product that keeps telling you about problems it has no idea you already solved, and a score that drifts away from reality.

Reading the closure back is what keeps your HackRisk Score honest. We re-check the finding rather than taking the ticket’s word for it, so a closed ticket only improves your score when the exposure has actually gone.

Over time that turns the score into a record of work done: log in and the improvements your team made are already reflected, ready to show a board, an insurer or a client.
